THE PATTERN FULFILLED IN CHRIST From Genesis to Revelation

Key Scripture: Colossians 1:16-17

After traveling through Scripture from Genesis to Revelation, a unified pattern becomes visible. Christ is not an afterthought inserted halfway through the Bible. He is woven throughout its entire redemptive architecture. He is the Seed promised in Genesis. The Passover Lamb in Exodus. The Priest and Offering anticipated in Leviticus. The wilderness provision. The Covenant Word. The Captain of inheritance. The Kinsman Redeemer. The righteous King. The Wisdom of God. The suffering Servant. The Son of Man. The Bridegroom. The true Temple. The great High Priest. The Lamb upon the throne. From beginning to end, Scripture moves toward Christ. The Emmaus revelation therefore becomes clear: Moses, the Prophets, and the Writings bear witness to Him. But this revelation carries another implication. If all Scripture moves toward Christ, then spiritual maturity must also move toward Christ. The goal is not merely knowing the pattern. The goal is becoming conformed to the Son revealed through the pattern.

Sonship Application: Biblical revelation reaches its intended purpose when Christ becomes both the center of our understanding and the pattern of our formation.
